How to Use the Panchang for Daily Sadhana

In traditional Sanatana Dharma, time is not treated as a mechanical, dead quantity; it is recognized as a living, vibrational dimension (*Kala*). Different cosmic configurations favor specific biological and neurological states.

Brahma Muhurta (04:24 AM – 05:12 AM): Occurring roughly one and a half hours before sunrise, the atmosphere possesses elevated nascent oxygen, stillness, and reduced cognitive electromagnetic interference. It is the optimal biological window for deep neuro-meditation, mantra japa, and high-order intellectual study.

Rahu Kaal: Ruled by the north lunar node (*Rahu*), this period represents chaotic and distracting mental currents. Traditional wisdom advises using Rahu Kaal for inward meditation and introspection rather than signing contracts or initiating commercial projects.
